In order to obtain access to and/or download any Content, including texts, legends, information, images and/or any component included in the composition of the Website, the client or member of Quebecstockimages must obtain authorization through the Website by validating his or her order in accordance with the sale conditions of ATAP Images Corporation. This Agreement applies to You, and if You use this Website on Your employer's or client's behalf (collectively referred to as "You" or "Your Client"), this Agreement applies both to You and Your employer or Client. If You are acting on behalf of another person as employee, agent or otherwise, You must inform the employer and/or account holder of Your actions and obtain the authorization of such person. ONLY THE LICENSED RIGHTS TO THE IMAGES ARE TRANSFERRED UPON PAYMENT OF THE LICENSE FEES. THE IMAGES THEMSELVES ALWAYS REMAIN THE EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY OF THE AUTHOR. ANY INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT IS AN OFFENCE SUBJECT TO SEVERE PENALTIES UNDER THE COPYRIGHT ACT OF CANADA AND IS ALSO SUBJECT, WHERE APPLICABLE, TO INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS GOVERNING COPYRIGHT.
